Training management

Open the Training Management menu

In order to manage needs, a training manager or manager can:

• Measure the relevance and attractiveness of the training system.

• Optimize training processes (training logistics, waiting list management, session filling, etc.).

The visible information relates to the scope of the registrations visible to the user. By default, the period is for the last three months, but you can set whatever period you need.

The Next training sessions table

Open the Training Management menu

The Next training sessions table provides visibility of sessions that are starting soon. You can adjust registrations if necessary.

The sessions displayed are the sessions (excluding self-service) that start the fastest.

Information displayed per session:

• Session Label: Link to the session card.

• Start and end date.

• The status, as well as the method of registration.

Indicators per session:

• Session filled or not: in case there is still space, the warning icon indicates the number of places remaining in a tooltip.

• Number of registrations/capacity.

Link to registration:

• The View all link: redirects the manager to the session repository by pre-populating criteria to have only sessions that start soon.

The Next unprofitable training sessions table

Open the Training Management menu.

The Next Unprofitable Training Sessions table allows you to act on unprofitable sessions (register people to complete the session, cancel the session).

Information displayed per session:

• Session Label: Link to the session card.

• Start and end date.

• The status, as well as the registration method.

Indicators per session:

• The number of registrations.

• The break-even point.

• The View all link redirects the manager to the session repository by pre-populating criteria to have only unprofitable sessions.

The Next Training Session list

Open the Training Management menu

The visible upcoming registrations correspond to the 5 courses with the highest number of pending registrations.

Information displayed by training:

• Course Label: Link to Registration Action

• The management domain, as well as its code

Indicators by training:

• The number of pending registrations

The View all link redirects the manager to the repository of pending registrations.

By clicking on the name of the course, the manager will be able to use a wizard to choose a session with available places and then choose the users on the waiting list to register.

The Latest Registration Requests table

Open the Training Management menu

Information Displayed by Application

• The wording of the request: link to the request.

• The applicant, the date and stage of the application.

Indicators by demand

• The number of employees in the case of a request for N employees.

The View all link redirects the manager to the My Tasks page.
