Procedure

On the My Team's Skills page, information and actions are displayed:

  • By clicking on the Collaborators in my team button (displayed by default), all collaborators in the team are displayed with their skills tested, self-positioned and to be validated.

  • Click on the Access to user profile link to get a closer look at an employee's skills.

  • An explanatory insert

  • A search area to find collaborators

    • Number of pending actions escalated

    • Only the first collaborator is unfolded by default

  • Addition to the employee's development plan:

    • If the manager wants to highlight a training course, he adds it to the employee's training plan

    • He can also ignore it, which won't put it forward

  • An action must be taken on a skill as long as the manager has not considered all the requests, and has not taken a position on whether or not to add training to the plan.

Track an employee's skill history

Open the My Team menu > Skills and click on a collaborator on the My Team Skills page . Select a collaborator and click on the Go to Profile link.

    • Display only of successive levels, results and associated passage dates.

    • Impacts the modal of consultation of the competence.

  • In the case of a self-positioning assessment:

    • Display to differentiate between employee evaluation and manager feedback.

    • Comments can be viewed via tooltips if filled in.

    • Impacts the modal of consultation of the skill and the positioning pages (employee and manager).

Import Skills (CSV)

To facilitate the management of the link between skills and jobs or training, added pages dedicated to imports.

Open Talent > Job-skills connections or Talent> Training-skills connections.

The Import button will retrieve the CSV file you want to import.

  • The first line of this file contains the fields to be considered. For training :

    • TrainingExternalId

    • SkillExternalId

    • Level

  • For the skill:

    • JobExternalId

    • SkillExternalId

    • Level

  • A report is used to identify successful/failing rows.

  • The imported data is visible on the screen.

Depending on the rights of the user performing the import, it is possible to:

  • Edit impacted training courses

  • Modify impacted jobs

  • Visualize impacted skills

Activate adaptive learning for skills

Open the Directory > Jobs menu and select a job from the list on the left.

Select the Activate adaptive learning for skills checkbox to specify which jobs should or should not be implemented on adaptive learning.

  • Allow you to separate jobs that do or do not appear in the Adaptive Learning pages for the employee and the manager.

  • For the manager, this option allows you to see if an employee is not concerned by Adaptive Learning.

Track whether or not an application is for Adaptive Learning

When a request to register for a training course is issued, it is possible to indicate by the employee whether or not it is related to Adaptive Learning.

Background

On a day-to-day basis, when managers or HR/RF need to validate requests, they need context to help them support their choice. Tracing that a request is related to Adaptive Learning makes it easy to identify the reason for the request, and therefore to help in its arbitration.

Also, the challenge of this feature is above all to make the link at the time of arbitration between a training request and the fact that the training is recommended or not as part of the learner's Adaptive Learning course.

The presence of this new indicator is conditional on the activation of Adaptive Learning at the global level of the application.

Registration requests

Open Administration > Registration requests

  • The registration requests page offers a "Adaptive Learning request" search filter to filter requests:

On the results page, a new Adaptive Learning Request column is added:

When accessing the details of the request, this value is restored in the details of the request, whether in the case of the use of the "Dynamic registration Process" or in the standard case.

Using the same logic as for requests, the Administration > Pending registrations takes into account the Adaptive Learning indicator:

  • Search page: filter.

  • Result table: Column added.

View training statistics following recommendations

Open the Talent > Adaptive Learning menu > Statistics of training completed as a result of recommendations

Use this page to export a CSV file based on the selected filters :

  • Period (from a date)

  • Area of Management

  • Team (multiple choice)

  • Training Code (text)

  • Employment (Multiple Choice)

  • Structure (one or more filters with the possibility of multiple choice)

  • Skill Area (Multiple Choice + New Column)

Click on the Export to CSV button to retrieve the file created according to the filters.

Track skill levels

Open the Talent menu > Adaptive Learning > Monitoring skills levels

  • On this page, you can display the corresponding number of employees per jobAlias|Domain.

  • You can export the information by clicking the Export to CSV button.
