Open the Administration menu > Skills Development Plan
The Syfadis Xperience platform offers to help companies develop their forecasting plan. As part of this need, the application enables you to manage a skills development plan and:
Collect the training needs of employees and/or managers and/or training managers,
Proceed with the arbitration of needs by a training manager,
Monitor the implementation of these needs through a follow-up of the achievements in terms of number of participants, hours of training and budget during the year of implementation of the plan.
Understand the skills development plan states
Open Administration > Skills Development Plan
The different states of a skills development plan are:
Creation and transformation of the plan: creation of the plan in the repository – it is not yet possible to enter requirements at this time.
Collection of needs: the creation of the provisional plan is complete, we move on to the creation of the needs by actors who feed into a provisional plan.
Needs arbitration: the creation of requirements is complete, now it's time for them to be arbitrated – we are talking about the freezing phase of the plan, the validation stage.
Follow-up of the plan: the follow-up of the training plans by area and by year (rate and distribution of achievement, budget,...
Plan closure: requirements are arbitrated, the plan is in the closed state, and it is no longer possible to modify it.
Additional Information
Phases may overlap, for example, between the collection and the arbitration of needs.
It is possible to reopen the requirements entry by changing the end date of the collection.
Understand the actors of the skills development plan

In the Syfadis Xperience application, for a standard customer environment, different actors act according to their role (these roles are of course configurable according to your needs in conjunction with your Syfadis project manager):
Administrator : for the management of the periods of the forecast plans in the repository : creation, modification, deletion.
Hierarchical/Manager : this actor is a leader of a team of employees. It acts during the needs gathering phase. His perimeter corresponds to his team. They can create and modify the training needs of their team throughout the collection phase.
Training manager : this actor acts mainly after the collection phase, at the level of the arbitration phase and the monitoring of needs. It is up to them to validate the needs and follow up on the requests. Note : it can also act in the Gathering of Needs phase.
Employee/Learner : This actor is not active by default at the level of a skills development plan. In the event that it is activated, it acts mainly during the Gathering of Needs phase by creating requirements for itself.
