In this article:

We can now implement juries to evaluate and validate all learner results for learners who have been on one or more training sessions.
View juries
Open the menu Administration > Repository > Juries
Procedure
On the main page, all juries are listed. You can filter the jury display by :
Jury name, president or member.
Jury state (active or history)
Status (planned, in progress, validated...)
Jury date (ascending or descending order)
To view a jury, click on its name.
The Jury tab displays general information (name, dates, location, members, results publication date and a comment).
The Sessions evaluated tab lists the session(s) concerned by this jury. Several filters are available to refine the display of these sessions.
Add a new jury
Open the menu Administration > Repository > Juries
Procedure
In the main page, click on the button Add in the top lef tof the screen. You can filter the display by:
The jury name
A code
The start and end date of the jury
The location
The name of the president(s) and members of the jury
The date of publication of the results
The possibility of creating anonymous results for the jury.
A comment
Click on the button Save.
Modify a jury
Open the menu Administration > Repository > Juries
Procedure
Click on the name of a jury in the list.
Modify the following fields:
The jury name
A code
The start and end date of the jury
The location
The name of the president(s) and members of the jury
The date of publication of the results
The possibility of creating anonymous results for the jury.
A comment
Click on the button Save.
Delete a jury
Open the menu Administration > Repository > Juries
Procedure
In the main juries page, click on the burger menu on the right for the jury you wish to delete.
Confirm the deletion by clicking on Delete then clicking Validate.
