Publish training courses for group sessions
Open Administration > Training > Courses
Procedure
Open a training sheet and scroll down to the bottom of it in the Access to the front office training catalogue section. A new column allows you to define whether a training can be launched "as a group ".
Check or uncheck the box(es ): Create group session.
Define which audience will be able to create group sessions for this training. There are two checks that are performed if the administrator creates a group session:
The learning mode must be "Distance learning (e-learning)" type.
The first resource should be an e-learning resource (not a quiz).
Allow a role to create and launch a group session
Open Administration > Training > Courses
Procedure
In the front office catalogue, a button is added depending on the publication of the Training form AND the privileges of the user's role (this new button is covered by a role privilege: Launch a group session).
The collaborator called the "launcher" then fills in some information about the session: the name, the start and end dates and selects users to register.
Define the scope of users to be registered according to the scope of the role's privileges (role privilege to be defined).
In the case of multi scope (e.g. My team + my structure + my establishment), you can also add a filter called in order to simplify the search.
End a group session
Open Administration > Training > Courses
Procedure
The launcher rolls out the training and displays the various educational resources to the group.
When the launcher has finished browsing the resources, they must indicate that the group session is "over" by clicking the End Group Session button. Otherwise, it can restart the resource consultation.
By clicking on this button, the session is over:
The tracking common to all registrants is reported for each learner, but only for e-learning resources.
Each user will be able to resume their training on their own to play a validation quiz for example or a practical case because this type of resource is not considered as e-learning resources.
The launcher has the option to decide if they want to keep their registration for this session and their follow-up: If they don't want to keep their following (because they lead 10 groups in the week), they answer NO in the confirmation message and they are archived from the session.
