What is a badge?
A badge is used to reward a learner for certain actions performed on the platform. It is represented at the front-office level by a name, description, shape, and image. A badge can be assigned to a user either automatically by the platform if certain configured criteria are met, or manually by a user with the rights.
Create a badge
Open Administration > Repository > Badges
Procedure
Click on the New Badges button.
In the General section, enter a name and description.
Check the Active box if you want it to be activated on the platform as soon as you register.
In the Design section, choose the shape you want.
Click Save.
Choose an image and embed it in the badge by clicking on the camera icon. Record.
On the Configuration tab, the default assignment is manual.
To set up automatic assignment, click the Automatic Assignment button.
