Integrate external content

The platform makes it possible to play resources from different external content providers. The integration allows you to:

1. Use the Bealink connector to retrieve content from different external providers.

   The Bealink connector requires a technical configuration to exchange with the Xperience platform.

2. Publish external training courses in the catalogue.

3. Redirect the learner connected to the LMS to the platform of the partner providing the content.

4. Retrieve learner and manager tracking information.

• You can either search for a course by clicking on the Search button or view the list of external content available on the platform.

• The sheet of an external training in the back office is similar to that of a Syfadis training. Some fields are read-only, but other fields can be modified (Code, grouping code, etc.).

• The management of privileges is the same as for a classic training course with the possibility of managing in Syfadis:

  • Publishing FO to users (User Privilege button), groups or domains via 3 configuration parameters.

  • BO publishing to users, groups, or domains via 3 configuration settings.

1. On the main page of the Training Catalogue, click the Search button.

2. On the Catalogue Search page that opens, click the Filter button next to the What do you want to learn?

3. A Providers filter is present in this list.

Front office publishing options you set for external training are taken into account.

• After clicking on the Access button of one of the contents of a provider (e.g. Bealink), a message tells the user that they will be redirected to an external site.

• The learner is redirected according to the provider:

  • to the resource overview page at the provider (e.g. EdFlex).

  • directly to the content itself.

  • The learner can browse the provider's content.

Additional Information

After going through the content, the learner returns to the platform. When the learner accesses their follow-up in the LMS, the tracking of external training is retrieved and the information is displayed on the My Registrations page.

The same information is displayed to the manager.
