6-year overview search

Consult the 6-years legal overview lists

Open the menu Administration > Training Courses > 6-years legal overview or My Team > 6-years legal overview

Procedure

  • NEW - The list of employees concerned by this overview is displayed. You can filter the list based on several criteria:

    • surname, first name, registration number or job title,

    • the list according to the estimated number of years before the next overview,

    • by the existence or not of the training courses offered as part of the next 6-year legal overview,

    • by the existence of cancelled registrations for mandatory and/or non-mandatory training courses.

6-year overview filters

  • NEW - You can order results by (ascending/descending):

    • User,

    • Start date (employment),

    • Next legal overview estimated date,

    • Count of incomplete or scheduled training sessions,

    • Count of complete training sessions,

    • Count of cancelled registrations.

  • NEW - The User filters (click on the drop down arrow on the right to display these filters):

    • Category (Manual worker, Employee, Technician, Manager…)

    • Role

    • Domain

    • Manager

    • Structure

    • Project

    • Establishment

    • Job

  • Each report contains a number of possible pieces of information and actions, such as:

    • The employee's first and last name.

    • The job title and the employee's identification number.

    • The establishment

    • The structure

    • The date of entry

    • The estimated date of the next assessment at 6 years: calculated from the date of entry (and the number of assessments at 6 years normally carried out / theoretical).

    • The number of hours of training completed.

    • The number of scheduled or uncompleted trainings.

    • The number of training courses completed.

    • The date and number of professional interviews performed (if the INTERVIEW module is enabled).

    • NEW: Please note that you can hide the EPRO indicator with the aid of a Syfadis consultant.

  • Click the Generate Report button to create the HTML file that details the above information.

Alerts appear in the following cases:

  • 1st type of alert: the employee does not have an entry date entered. The tooltip displayed "The date of entry is not filled in (Please note: this icon is always red).

  • 2nd type of alert: no non-mandatory training performed.

  • 3rd type of alert (subject to the activation of the INTERVIEW module): the 3 professional interviews were not carried out with the tooltip displayed "3 EPROs were not carried out".

    • Two colours are possible: Orange if there are between one and two years left before the next review or Red if there is less than one year left before the next review.

  • Click on the cogwheel to export the list of all this information in . CSV.

If you see a question mark instead of a number or date, this means that no entry date is known for this particular user.
