The platform is also available in a native mobile version and all the features presented are also accessible to the user directly from our mobile application.
Bealink's LXP offers a homepage made up of different blocks that make it very easy to create a personalised page for users.
Among these different blocks, also called widgets, configurable by language or user groups. None of these blocks have a limit on the number of blocks on the page, so our customers can put the same type of block several times but for different data or uses. Among these widgets we can find:
A carousel / slider (set of slides that scroll and allow you to highlight a news item, a training course in order to promote the offer).
A widget allowing thematic or categorical entries.
Images widgets (1/2 or 3) to put clickable images on the page.
An Embed widget, allowing you to embed videos or even websites.
A Favorites widget, a dynamic widget that feeds with the user's favourites.
A Registrations widget, a dynamic widget, which retrieves all the user's current registrations from the various LMSs. Example: I register user A in my LMS for the project management training, if user A connects to the LXP he will see his registration with his percentage of progress.
A History widget, which brings together all the most recent content or training seen by a user.
A Search Bar widget, which adds a search bar to a page.
A Recommendation widget, which can be broken down into 8 other completely dynamic widgets:
Collaborative recommendations
Interest-based recommendations
Top content of the month
Top content of the week
Top playlists of the month
Top playlists of the week
Top Contributors of the Month
Top Contributors of the Week
Recent content and playlists
A Highlight/List widget, which allows you to select training, content or people to highlight. This widget is widely used because it can be used many times on the page, and can also be used to make thematic entries and other selections:
Home pages
The combination of these different widgets, combined with the ability to customise the data by language or by group, makes it possible to respond to many use cases and has a very dynamic side that will be appreciated both by learners (because they feel that the portal contains new things all the time) as well as by L&D departments by minimising loads.
It is possible to assign different pages as a home page to different users, user groups or entities (see also: Entity Management) but it is also possible to assign different widgets to different users or user groups within the same page.
Learners will have easy access to the content and playlists to which they have been subscribed thanks to the registration widget.
