Bealink has a Microsoft Teams app allowing full access to the app directly in Microsoft Teams. Users will also be able to share content directly in Teams, pin trails or playlists to their team tabs, and exchange ideas, feedback, and more.

Users will also be able to find relevant content and journeys directly in Salesforce with the Bealink app integrated into the platform.

Authentication and mailing

Finally, because there is never a link between different systems without Single Sign On (SSO) which allows the user's identity to be conveyed between two applications and which is most often managed centrally by customers IT department.
