Learners can:

To-Do Tab
Learners can view ongoing training activities, registrations, and progress. Managers can validate training requests and evaluate skills.

Team Tab
Managers can monitor team profiles, skills, goals, and requests. They can assess skills, recommend content, and oversee employee development.

Skills Tab
Users access a comprehensive view of their skills, including expected levels for their role. They can:

• Self-assess and request manager evaluations.

• Address skill gaps with recommended content.

• Plan career growth by adding future skills, seeking certifications, or applying for training.

• Browse company positions to identify and develop required skills.

Careers Tab
Users can:

• Request one-on-one manager interviews.

• Set and manage skill-related goals and training plans.

• Link skills to goals automatically or manually.

Certificates Tab
Users can view and share their earned certificates, including posting them on LinkedIn.
