View the front-office catalogue (learner and manager)
Open My Profile > Catalogue
Click on the Catalogue menu to view a page with:
A keyword search: search on the training/evaluation/curriculum objects in the catalogue.
A display of root themes in the form of a carousel: when selecting a theme, the user is redirected to the advanced catalogue page, with the content related to this theme and subtopic.
A Recommended block for you: highlighting training according to the job the user is doing, as well as the targeted skills they need to develop.
A Latest News block: display of the most recently created courses (taking into account the date the course was created).
A Most Popular Courses block: we display the courses with the highest average score AND/OR according to the number of registrations for the sessions of these courses during the last 30 days.
Example of a training catalogue for the learner and the manager
If the user enters a word or a theme, they are redirected to the advanced catalogue page, On this page we find, search filters:
Themes: These are the themes from the repository used. When selecting a theme, it is taken into account. The subtopics of the selected theme are displayed in this list, and the user can select one. Only one theme is taken into account during a search, but the elements are also retrieved from child themes.
Learning modes: the different learning modalities available in the platform according to those activated – the Curriculum modality available according to the Search courses in the catalogue privilege, as well as Assessment according to its linked privilege.
Providers: Internal or external training provider platforms (for example Edflex).
Training provider: The company that can provide this training.
Languages: These are the active languages of the client application. Only one language is taken into account when searching.
Duration: Selection of an interval between 0 and 3 months maximum.
Profession: These are the jobs in the repository job tree. When selecting a job, it is taken into account – research on training. The sub-jobs of the selected job are displayed in this list, and the user can select one. Only one job is taken into account during a search, but the elements are also retrieved from children. The Jobs block does not exist in the case of a client who does not have jobs in their repository.
Skill: these are the skills in the repository. Only one selection possible from the list – possibility of searching via the auto-complete control – searches mainly on courses. The Skills block does not exist in the case of a customer who does not have skills in their repository.
Results are sorted by:
Name
Newest
Duration
Rate
Price low to high
Price high to low
The number of results is displayed in the top right of the screen. A list of training courses, evaluations, or courses corresponding to the criteria in the form of an insert.
Each insert provides information concerning the course. You can:
Access the item's card with the Access button.
Access Actions/Shortcuts on an item:
view a summary of the item,
subscribe (to be alerted of available sessions), etc.
By clicking on Access, you can consult the training sheet: the user is informed about these actions in progress on the training so as not to restart certain actions. This information is displayed on the training card of the catalogue, in the Description webpart. The information messages are as follows:
You already have x current application(s) for this course, in the case of registration requests.
You are already registered for this training, in the case of a pending registration.
You are already registered for this training, in the case of a current or future registration.

Catalogue Search:
In the case of multiple words, the AND operator is taken by default in the query – e.g.: AND standard required
Ability to search with an OR operator using OR – e.g. OR standard required.
Publish a course to the Front Office Training Catalogue
Open the Administration > Training course
Select the desired search criteria on the search page, then click the Search button.
Select the desired course from the list, then click the View Training button.
The Training tab appears on the screen with the training information.
At the bottom of the training sheet appears the publication table that allows you to manage access rights to the training catalogue in the front office in order to define the population that will have direct access to self-service training offers, and/or direct access to registration requests: it is called Access to the front office training catalogue:
Click on the Domain Privilege button and search for the entity to which you want to give privileges.
Click on the Group Privilege button and search for the group to which you wish to give privileges.
Click on the User Privilege button and search for an individual to whom you wish to give privileges.
Click Delete to delete the selected row and remove the privileges.
For each of the rows added (entity, group, or user), choose the privileges you want to assign:
Privileges in consultation, check View: users belonging to this entity or group will be able to consult the training sheet in the front office catalogue with information such as: description, detailed program, pedagogical objectives, duration, learning mode, list of sessions, etc.
Privileges to implement registration requests, check Register: users belonging to this entity, or to this group, will be able to make a registration request on this training (the registration request button will appear on the training form).
Privileges to offer self-service training, check Self-service: Users belonging to this entity, or group, will be able to access this training in self-service (the Self-service access button will appear on the training card).
Click the Save button.
Additional Information
This feature enables personalized training catalogs by displaying only the training courses learners or hierarchies are authorized to access.
Registration requests follow a predefined validation process as specified in the training sheet. By default, this involves manager approval followed by validation from the training manager.
Self-service is limited to e-learning courses, verified during setup. Additionally, the self-service duration field must be completed, specifying the time learners will have access to the course after activating the self-service option.
