Article summary

The construction of the training comprises two main steps:

  • the preparation of training, evaluation and curriculum sheets for the training catalogue,

  • the design of the training resources for the resource catalogue and the layout of the different home pages (see diagram below):

The training offer in a platform can be seen from two different points of view:

  • A training offer aimed at learners (employees) or managers, through a training catalogue, can make requests to register for these training courses or directly access self-service training. This is called the front office catalogue.

  • A training offer aimed at training managers, instructional designers, HR managers, etc. who manage this training catalogue, creating trainings, sessions, and educational resources. This is called the back-office catalogue.

  • Each training course will then be published in the front office catalogue to a group of individuals (field, structure, establishment, project, job), allowing them to access the offer and to make registration requests or express a need.

  • Each training course will then be published in the back office catalogue to a group of individuals (field, structure, establishment, project, job), in order to offer this training to other fields/entities for example.

We prepare the catalogue with training sheets, evaluations and courses that will be published in the back or front office. And we design the training resources for each training course.
