View choices and access campaign tracking

Open Administration > Repositories > Campaigns

Procedure

The campaign manager can track the progress of the users involved in the session choice campaign.

  1. Select the desired campaign from the list.

  2. Click on the View the campaign button.

  3. The campaign card appears. Click on the Progress tab.

Verification

A screen will appear with the name of the campaign and the number of users affected. Then, a table lists information: The number of users who did not respond to the session choice and the number of users who finished the campaign.

Additional Information

  • These figures are shown in a graph with the progress distribution.

  • At the end of each row of the table, there is a link to a page that details the progress per user. In addition, on the Session Choice step, the manager can follow up with users from a button. For each user, an email is sent of this type: Reminder of a workflow task (see the chapter on notifications).

  • The manager also has a view of each participant's responses.

  • The manager can track the responses of the participants in this campaign through the Access to choice detail button that can also be accessed from the Parameters tab.

Explanation of the page Access to choice detail:

In the header:

  • General information about the campaign

  • Statistics on the campaign – progress

2 possible lists:

  • People who have not responded to the campaign in order to follow up with them – display of the date of the last reminder if applicable. You can click on the Remind All button or on the kebab menu for an individual and select Remind.

  • People who have made a choice, by displaying the date of the choice and a link to the session if you need to consult the session information.


Follow up on a session

  1. Open Administration > Training course > Courses

  2. Select the desired search criteria on the training course search page, then click the Search button.

  3. Select the desired course from the list, then click the View course button.

    • The Training tab appears on the screen with the training information.

  4. Click on the Training Sessions tab to view the sessions for this training

  5. Select the session.

    • Via the Monitoring tab, the manager has access to a space where they can consult several indicators. The detailed follow-up report can be downloaded as a zip file containing one PDF report per learner.

      • Type of training (Virtual Class, Classroom, e-learning…)

      • Estimated session duration

      • Number of registered learners

      • Number of available seats

    • 3 tabs are available:

      • Plan: the different modules are presented with their corresponding indicators (sign-in, average progress, link to dedicated actions.

      • Trainers: The presence of the trainers can be entered here along with the time of presence. Attendance time is inherited from the estimated duration of the session.

      • Trainees: access to learner monitoring (progress/success status, sign-in, number of access to training, time spent). The Send email to learners button allows you to send an email via the tool to the selected learners.

Additional Information

If the session has a SCORM resource, in the event that the learner is blocked in their training as a result of a SCORM content problem or as a result of a technical problem, you can activate the privilege Force update on SCORM resource in the follow up. 

  • Ability to force the tracking of a SCORM resource in the tracking and to set a progress status (e.g. progress: COMPLETED) and a success (success: SUCCESS).

    • Opening a form with information to enter.

    • Updated SCORM resource tracking, with a tracking creation.

  • Ability to have the Reset Tracking action (linked to a role privilege) if the resource has been viewed at least once:

    • Reset = Tracking deleted.

    • Opening a form with information to enter.

    • Updated SCORM resource tracking, with a tracking creation.

    • After resetting, the SCORM resource appears as if the learner had never accessed the resource.


View the tracking of a training path by a manager

Open Administration > Curriculum > Curriculum > Training Path

The Follow up tab allows the manager to quickly view the tracking information of the learners' training path.

Procedure

  1. Select the course.

  2. Click on the Follow-up tab.

    • You will find information and indicators on the course: period, number of trainings, evaluations, registrations. Similarly, information per registrant is displayed:

    • Last name – first name with a link to the individual tracking page.

    • Overall time spent on the course.

Consult the training evaluation follow-up at training level

Open Administration > Training course > Courses

By positioning yourself at the training level, you will be able to track user evaluations across all sessions.

Procedure

  1. Select the desired search criteria on the search page, then click the Search button.

  2. Select the desired course from the list, then click the View course button.

    • The Training tab appears on the screen with the training information.

  3. Click on the Evaluation follow up tab (use the Kebab menu to display this tab if necessary)

    • The Procurement field corresponds to the number of actors who have completed the evaluation.

    • The Success field corresponds to the success rate of users who have completed the evaluation in the event that a success score has been previously defined.

  4. Click on the blocks to see a more detailed view of the information.

Additional Information

If the quiz has been edited and you have created a new training session and registered users, the information displayed on this screen will match the settings of the latest version of the quiz.


View training evaluation follow-up at session level

Open Administration > Training course > Courses

By positioning yourself at the session level, you will only get the tracking of user ratings on the session in question.

Procedure

  1. Select the desired search criteria on the search page, then click the Search button.

  2. Select the desired course from the list, then click the View course button.

    • The Training tab appears on the screen with the training information.

  3. Click on the Sessions tab.

  4. Choose the desired session and click on View Session.

  5. Click on the Evaluation follow-up tab.

    • The Training start field corresponds to the number of actors who have completed the evaluation.

    • The Training end field corresponds to the success rate of users who have completed the evaluation in the event that a success score has been previously defined.

  6. Click on the blocks to see a more detailed view of the information.

Additional Information

If the quiz has been modified and you have created a new training session and registered users, the information displayed on this screen will correspond to the settings of the latest version of the quiz (e.g. changing an axis).
