Open a course training sheet and click on the Accounts tab.
To save time and facilitate the entry of costs on a session, it is possible to create a cost model in the balance sheet tab of the training.
Costs are entered by nature and are carried forward to each new session created.
This system also makes it possible to estimate detailed costs by nature on training needs in the follow-up of the provisional plan.
Summary page of a training course
The capacity of the training is used to calculate the calculation of the maximum total cost
The break-even point is used to calculate the minimum total cost
Rules for calculating total amounts:
Minimum Total Cost = Sum of Collective Costs + Sum of (Individual Costs * Break-Even Point).
Maximum total cost = sum of collective costs + sum of (individual costs * capacity).
In the event that this information is not provided, the indicator on the total amounts is not relevant.
The management is divided into 2 parts:
Costs : list of collective and individual costs
Commands
The part of the controls is visible or not depending on your settings.
Functional rules to be aware of:
Costs can be modified in a session without impacting those of the training.
Each time a new session is created, the session report inherits the costs entered at the training level.
There is no notion of funding in this balance sheet.
There is a template in the Training Cost Analyses that allows you to report on the cost models entered in the Balance Sheet tab of the training sheet.
