The Recycle Bin

Open Settings > Datas > Recycle Bin

Note: This feature is managed by a super administrator or by the Syfadis team.

Caution: Any deletion of an element such as a resource, module, training, users, etc. on the platform generates its archiving.

All deleted items end up in the bin and a search filter by date and type is available.

Restore deleted items

1. From Settings > Datas > Recycle bin, you can filter and find the item you want to restore.

2. Click Restore to remove the desired item from the bin and restore it to its original location.

3. Filter searches for items in the Recycle Bin based on :

   • Date of removal (ability to set a range), and type of element.

Additional Information

The search displays the number of results.

• It is possible to select multiple items from the list to restore them.

• Indicators of the number of documents for trainings and sessions.

• It is possible to permanently delete documents from the item menu.

Please note: it will not be possible to restore the items once they are permanently deleted.
