Questions categories

Question categories are a hierarchical classification system for questions. They make it easier to find an already existing question when creating a quiz and to create radars by axis at the end of a questionnaire.

Create a question category

Procedure

1. From the sidebar, open the Studio.

2. Select Question categories from the submenu.

3. Click on the New button.

   If a question category is already open, the new one will be created inside it. It can be moved after creation by dragging it to the desired location.

4. Fill in the information on the form.

5. Click on the Save button.

Verification

A confirmation message will appear on the screen.

View a question category’s record

Procedure

1. From the sidebar, open the Studio.

2. Select Question categories from the submenu.

3. Select the desired question category from the hierarchy.

   The question category details will appear on the right side of the hierarchy.

Edit a question category

Procedure

1. From the sidebar, open the Studio.

2. Select Question categories from the submenu.

3. Select the desired question category from the hierarchy.

   The question category details will appear on the right side of the hierarchy.

4. Edit the desired information.

5. Click Save.

Verification

A confirmation message will appear on the screen.

Delete a question category

Procedure

1. From the sidebar, open the Studio.

2. Select Question categories from the submenu.

3. Select the desired question category from the hierarchy.

   The question category details will appear on the right side of the hierarchy.

4. Click on the Delete button.

Verification

A confirmation message will appear on the screen, and the question category will no longer appear in the hierarchy.
