Updating learner costs in the training sheet

Every year, the price of a course can change. It is possible to enter two prices per course, one of which is for the current year and the other for year N+1.

• Price per trainee : price from the current year's catalogue.

• Price per trainee year N+1 : price for the following year.

A dedicated processing is dedicated in order to instantly update the price per trainee of all the training courses on the platform with the price of the year N+1.

The goal is to start processing to update prices all at once at the end of the year. It is launched from the Update prices per participant page in the Administration > Administration menu.

Treatment on the management of the N+1 price for training.

This processing is manual and is active only if courses have an N+1 price specified. On the page, you can see the number of training courses involved.

For a training course, the salary replaces the current price per trainee with that of year N+1. Then, the latter is re-emptied and reset.

No management of training by domain. All training courses in the app are updated.
