Close a training plan

Open Administration > Training plan > Training plan parameters

• The closing date of the skills development plan indicates the end date of the provisional plan.

• At closing, the management of the plan is validated/completed. Indeed, no action is possible any more on the plan, nor on the training needs of a hierarchical or employees, the information is read-only. The plan is frozen.

• You can simply change the closing date of the plan to move the plan back into the arbitration phase.

• When a requirement needs to be carried over, and the closing date is reached, a mechanism is put in place to move them to the next plan.

• This processing is done in the application batch in the Training Plan Migration task. It's the same for untreated needs, there is a treatment to treat them automatically.
