Understand capsules
Capsules are tools for the mass sharing of knowledge that makes it possible to create educational content in a simple way. This tool allows content creation outside of the studio.
A capsule remains a training resource and as such, it is part of the plan of a training course and accessible in the resource library.
A capsule is a resource that can be integrated into a module or used directly as a standard module.
A capsule is composed of caps (unlimited in number) which are themselves composed of blocks (maximum 25 per caps).
All capsules in Capsule format are stored in the Asset Library.
A capsule can be included in the design of a course. It can appear in the resource catalogue and can be executed from an educational link that can be positioned in conversations as well as in layouts.
The building blocks of a capsule
A capsule is composed of caps (i.e. screens), which in turn are composed of blocks A maximum number of 25 blocks per cap must be respected. For greater readability and better training approaches, we recommended a maximum of 6 blocks per capsule:

Audio (mp3)
Actions are available on each block :
A tutorial specific to each block
Move in the capes
Setting up the block background
Duplicating the block
Deleting the block
Each block has a background setting (see below). It is possible to enter a background color or to put a gradient or position an illustration image.
The styling of the text boxes is simplified and does not take advantage of the HTML editor present on the rest of the application. Thanks to the text editor, it is possible to simply change the style of the text such as bold, italic, underline, put bullet lists, right-align, centre, left-align and justify the text.

A Plan button at the top left allows you to view the capsule's headings.

Two navigation buttons at the top right allow you to move forward or backward in the resource's headings.
A Continue button at the bottom of the interface.
The down arrow icon gives the possibility to make a report of the current caps (depending on the configuration of your platform) and also to enlarge or decrease the size of the text boxes. There will be no impact on images or text boxes contained within an image.
At the end of the capsule consultation, a feedback screen automatically appears.
On this screen, the learner can:
View the score if the resource has question blocks
Rate the resource (depending on your platform settings)
Enter a comment (appears after a note has been entered)
Finally, it has a Replay button allowing you to restart the consultation of the resource (depending on the capsule settings), in this case, the capsule can be replayed without limitation. If the learner wishes to leave the Player, simply use the cross at the top right of the Player.
Additional Information
If a commit has not been performed in a cap that contains Question blocks, then access to subsequent caps is blocked within the navigation bar. This lock is indicated by padlocks.
Entering a report and a note at the end of the capsule depends on a choice of configuration at the platform level.
It is possible to assign a publication manager (only 1 for the entire platform).

Understand how to set up a capsule
The configuration of a capsule is done from the capsule studio.
Graphic
If the configuration parameter is activated on the platform, then the graphic charter of the capsule is customisable on each capsule. Via the Settings button, the Chart tab is available to modify colors. The domain's graphic charter is inherited by default.
You can edit the chart by changing the following colors:
Capsule background color
Button colors
Progression color
Replay link
If the corresponding configuration setting is enabled, you can generate a replay link. In the capsule studio, click on the kebab menu, and go to the Review link button.
Click Authorize review to display the capsule link.
You can copy this link in order to communicate it to another user via conversations, Webmail or external messaging so that they can preview the capsule and exchange with the sender of the link via a conversation.
The advantage of this option is to be able to consult another user's opinion before the capsule is put into production.
You choose the number of users who can access the link. Beyond this number, the link will be null and void.
