Bealink LXP streamlines user management by integrating seamlessly with HR systems and LMS platforms. This automation minimizes administrative overhead by automatically creating, updating, and deactivating user accounts. By synchronizing user data from these external systems, Bealink eliminates the need for duplicate user management, streamlining the onboarding process and enhancing the overall user experience. This integration-focused approach aligns with Bealink's goal of simplifying access to training and fostering a cohesive learning ecosystem.
The Bealink LXP also offers user management functions for smaller structures, to manage external employees or operators without a digital identity. It allows you to download the user database in Excel format, manage passwords (in the absence of SSO), activation / deactivation, profile fields, roles, groups, and make all data modifications in Excel then upload the file once finished.
You can also edit a single user by clicking on the Profile edit button.
