Create pages

Understand pages

Click on Pages in the administration section.

You can:

• Create a new page.

• Update an existing page.

• Duplicate an existing page.

• View the page.

• Share the page url.

Create pages

When creating a page, modify these fields:

• Title: this information is only visible to administrators.

• Description: this information is only visible to administrators.

• Default page: This page will be the default home page for users of an entity who do not have a defined home page.

• Transparent background: check the box to set the page background to transparent (by default, the background is white).

• Entity: allows you to restrict the editing rights of a page to a specific entity.

• Upload a new image: allows you to add a background image to the page.

Build pages

A Bealink page consists of widget "lines".

• Add Widget: allows you to add a widget from the list of available Bealink widgets (description of widgets in the following section).

• Publish: allows you to "put into production" your page (the page will not be visible to users until it’s published).

• Reset changes: Rolls back to the last published version of the page.

• Preview: allows you to view the page from a user point of view (you must have published before you can view the page).
