Create a training path
A training path is a list of content that is subject to scheduling or progression rules.
In the Playlist tab, click on the Create button. A menu appears asking you to select the type of list to be created. Select New path.
Complete the information fields to describe the playlist:
Name (mandatory field): The name to give to the playlist.
Description (mandatory field): A short sentence describing the playlist
Cost: The total cost of the playlist
Currency: The currency in which the cost of the path is denominated.
Media type: Drop-down list in which you can define the type of media contained in the playlist. This will later function as a visual indicator for the learner.
Topic: Selection of a subject from a predefined list
Trainer: Selection of a trainer user from the playlist
Theme: Allows you to define the dominant theme of the playlist
Once all the information fields have been completed, define the Visibility options for the path.
Private: The path will only be accessible to registered learners.
Public: This defines whether the indexed content is searchable for all learners.
For groups: Allows you to restrict the visibility of the path to predefined groups.
Language: Allows you to set the path language.
Send registration emails: This is used to trigger the sending of an email when learners register for the path.
Once all the information is complete, create the path by clicking on the Create button at the bottom of the page. The path is then created, and you are redirected to the path enhancement page.
Enhance a training path
The path enhancement page consists of 4 tabs:
Content: Enables you to add content to the path.
Registrations: Enables learners to register for the path.
Settings: Allows you to change the metadata and visibility options for the path.
Certificates: Allows you to set up the certificates that will be issued to the learner at the end of the path.
From the Content tab, you can use the + button to create content and organise the content path in several ways:
New content: create new content from an external URL or by importing a new file.
Import: import content that already exists in the catalogue.
Separator: create a separator to organise the path.
Editorial: creating an insert with text using a Wysiwyg text editor.
Coaching activity: enables you to create a new activity to put trainers in touch with learners.
Assignments: create an assignment activity.
Quiz: create a new quiz to validate what you have learned.
Add new content to a training path
The content page displays a table listing all the content in a training path. This table comprises these columns:
Order number: Defines the order in which the content should be read.
Thumbnail: Displays the thumbnail linked to the content
Title: Content title
Description: A brief description of the content
Media type: Video, Audio, Document, etc.
Topic: Displays the Topic of the content
Usages: Displays the number of views and unique views. The See more button redirects you to the content statistics page.
Actions: This button is used to modify or share content, and to display registered learners.
Add content:
Click on the + button above or below the content table
When selecting the type of content, choose New content. You will then be redirected to the page for creating new content. The content creation page is divided into 3 parts:
Content: allows you to add content by importing it either from an external source (YouTube, Google, FTP, etc.) using the URL of the content, or from your computer.
Description: allows you to add content metadata:
Name: name of the content.
Description: A short sentence describing the content.
Media type: Drop-down list in which you can define the type of content. This will later function as a visual indicator for the learner.
Topic: Selection of a Topic from a pre-defined list. By default, the content inherits the Topic defined in the path.
Duration: Length of content expressed in minutes.
Cost: Price of content.
Currency: The currency in which the content is priced.
Supplier: Selection of content supplier.
Theme: Allows you to define the dominant theme of the content.
Options: Used to define a condition for triggering content. There are 3 types of condition:
Beacon
Barcode
QR code
When all the fields are completed, click on the Submit button.
When content is added, you are redirected to the content modification page.
By clicking on the Back button, the user can return to the path to view the content and see that the new addition has been added after the previous content.
Modify content and add progression rules
To modify the content of a training path, search for it from the playlist management page.
From the administration home page, click on the Playlists button in the menu on the left of the page.
Search for the path to be modified using the search bar.
Use the drop-down menu at the end of the path line and select Modify.
Once you are on the path modification page, the contents will appear. Click on the Action button and then Modify.
In addition to the original metadata, you can modify new metadata that was not available when the content was created:
Skills: This metadata will enable a skill and an associated level to be attached to this content, so that it can be offered to learners with the chosen skill.
Tags: A tag is a keyword assigned to content to describe and categorise it.
Survey: Allows you to add a survey linked to the content to assign it an NPS (Net Promoter Score)
When modifying content, you can add progression rules that will determine how far you progress through the path.
These progression rules can be based on the following criteria:
Started: content can only be launched if the learner has started the path.
None: progress along the path is not locked.
Completed: content can only be accessed if the learner has completed the previous path.
Passed: the content is only accessible if the learner has passed the exam included in the path.
Score: content is unlocked only if the learner has achieved a predefined score in the test.
Date: content is accessible on a specific date.
Inscription date: the content is accessible with a delay of a number of days to be defined from the registration date.
Import content to a training path
Content can be imported from an item that already exists in the catalogue:
Open the training path page where the updated content will be imported.
Click on the + button.
Select Import.
Type the title of the content you want to add into the search bar.
Click on the content you wish to add.
Create a training path separator
To organise the content of a path as effectively as possible, you can create a separator to delimit each block or chapter of training to mark out the path.
Go to the path page where the separator is to be created.
Click on the + button.
Select Separator.
Enter the title of the separator.
Click on the Create button.
On the learner interface side, the separator allows content to be organised and separated by learning block or theme.

Add an editorial
The editorial is an editor used to add blocks of text to the path. To add an editorial:
Go to the path page where the separator is to be created.
Click on the + button.
Select Editorial.
Write a text and format this text using the text editor available.
Click on Create. The widget appears in the list of path content. It can be dragged and dropped to organise the content.
On the learner's side, a block of text adds more structure to the path.
Create a coaching activity
A coaching activity will put a trainer and a learner in direct contact so that the learner can rapidly improve his or her skills and have a direct contact. To set up a new coaching business:
Go to the path page where the separator is to be created.
Click on the + button.
Select Coaching activity.
When creating a coaching activity, you need to enter several details:
Name: The name to give to this new activity.
About the activity: using this text editor, you can summarize the Topic of the proposed activity in a few sentences.
Topic: Selection of a Topic from a pre-defined list. By default, the content inherits the Topic defined in the path.
Duration: Length of content expressed in minutes.
Progress: This checkbox allows you to define the activity to be considered in the successful completion of the path and the issue of any certificate.
Requires a signature: Defines whether a signature is required to justify the learner's participation in this activity.
Once this information has been entered, save the activity. You are then redirected to the activity modification page. New editing options will then appear, such as changing the activity thumbnail, configuring the progress rule or even the possibility of programming notifications, which will enable the sending of emails related to the activity to be configured.
Notification settings
To set the parameters for sending emails, configure notifications from the edit page, using the ADD NOTIFICATION button.
A popup window then appears, allowing you to configure:
The trigger condition: the date on which the e-mail must be sent.
Filters: the status of the activity concerned by the email to be sent.
Recipients:
Learners: all learners registered for the activity. It is also possible to select only certain learners belonging to specific groups.
Teachers: activity trainers.
Managers: the managers of learners registered on the path.
The content of the email to be sent.
To save the notification, click on the Save button. The notification then appears in the Activity Notifications box.
You can add several notifications for the same activity.
Associate trainers with learners
An initial trainer/learner association is made by default between the trainer defined in the path options and the learners enrolled in this path. This association is visible in the Coaching activity insert.
Once the activity is created, associate the trainers with the learners. To do this, in the Options section of the page, download an Excel template to complete by clicking on the Download button.
Once the template is downloaded, several fields need to be completed.

Once the file is completed, you can re-import it using the Import From Excel button, and by selecting the file locally on your computer. The trainer is then changed and is no longer the default trainer associated with the path.
Create assignments
The homework assignment is a learning object that enables the teacher to check what the learners have learnt.
Go to the path page where the Assignment is to be created.
Click on the + button.
Select Assignment.
When creating an assignment, you will need to enter several items of information:
Name: The name to give to this current activity.
About the activity: using this text editor, you can summarize the topic in a few sentences.
Topic: Selection of a Topic from a pre-defined list. By default, the content inheriactivity ts the Topic defined in the path.
Submission deadline: The date by which the assignment must be handed in.
Duration: Length of content expressed in minutes.
Progression: This checkbox allows you to define the activity that will be taken into account in the successful completion of the path and the issue of any certificate.
Files cannot be uploaded after the deadline: Disables the assignment import button once the submission date has passed.
Once this information is entered, save the assignment. You are redirected to the modification page. New editing options then appear, such as changing the thumbnail image of the assignment, importing files using the Import template button, configuring the progress rule or even the possibility of programming notifications to enable the sending of emails related to this activity.
Notification settings
To set the parameters for sending emails, configure notifications from the edit page, using the Add notification button.
A popup window then appears, allowing you to configure:

Trainer/trainee association

Create a Quiz
The quiz is a training tool that enables the trainer to validate what learners have learned.
Go to the path page where the separator is to be created.
Click on the + button.
Select Quiz.
When creating a homework assignment, you must enter several items of information:

About the activity: using this text editor, you can summarize the Topic of the activity in a few sentences.
Topic: Selection of a Topic from a pre-defined list. By default, the content inherits the Topic defined in the path.
Submission deadline: The date by which the assignment must be submitted.
Duration: Length of content expressed in minutes.
Once this information is entered, save the activity. You are then redirected to the activity modification page. New editing options will then appear, such as modifying the quiz thumbnail, configuring the progress rule or even the possibility of programming notifications, which will enable the sending of emails related to the activity to be configured.

Add Quiz content
Once a quiz is created, it needs to be added to using the Content tab on the quiz modification page.
This page will allow you to add questions to the quiz, and to set the quiz parameters. The settings options are as follows:
Transition effect: Allows you to define whether the display will take the form of a display with a horizontal transition, or a stack of cards.
Drag | Cartes |
Attempts: Used to define the number of attempts the learner will have to pass the quiz.
Presentation: This option comprises 3 proposals:
Shuffle: Questions will appear randomly
Show good answers: Displays the correct answer to the learner when the answer is validated.
Number of questions: This will randomly select several questions defined by the administrator.
Once these options have been configured, you can define the content of the quiz by clicking on the Add button.
By clicking on this button, you can add either a MCQ or the learner's quiz score.
When creating a MCQ, complete the following information:
Question title: the title of the question.
Description: a brief description of the question
Image: if required, an image can be added to the question
Layout: alignment of the image on the popup (right or left)
Options: the answers to the question. Answers can be single choice or multiple choice. Tick the correct answer when creating the answers. Each answer can be deleted using the
icon.
This is how the question is displayed on the learner's side:
Once all the questions have been created, you can display the learner's score for the questions by selecting the Score option in the menu for adding content to the quiz. At the end of the quiz, the learner will be able to see their score.
Delete training path content
To delete content from a training path, go to the edit page for the content to modify. Once there, click on the Delete button.
Edit a training path
To modify the contents of a training path, search for it from the playlist management page. From the administration home page, click on the Playlists button in the menu on the left of the page.
Search for the path to be modified using the search bar.
Use the drop-down menu at the end of the path line and select Modify.
Once you are on the path modification page, the contents will appear. Click on the Action button and then Modify.

From the Content tab, it is possible to change the order in which the path content appears to the learner. Position yourself in the Order column and drag and drop the content to move.
Award certificates
When a learner has completed a path and passed the validation quizzes, it is possible to award them a training certificate. To do this, you need to activate the option in the Certificate tab on the path modification page.
From this tab, you can:
Activate the certificate by clicking on the corresponding checkbox
Define a certificate validity period
Define the content of the certificate
Choose a theme
Add a logo
Add the teacher's signature.
When everything is set up, the learner receives a certificate of this type at the end of the path:
Delete a training path
To delete a training path, go to the Settings tab on the path modification page and click on the Delete button.
You are then redirected to a delete confirmation page. Confirm the action by clicking on the Delete button again or cancel by clicking on the Cancel button.
