In this article:
From the back office, you can create different entities to provide different learners or groups of learners with access to different personalized home pages depending, for example, on the group subsidiary for which they work, or their role in the company.
Each entity can be customized in terms of colour, logo, and visual identity.
Create an entity
To create an entity, open the administration page and click on Users in the left-hand menu.
Click on the Entities tab.
Click on the Create button.
From this creation page, enter several items of information:
Title: The title to be given to the entity.
Logo: The logo that will appear in the left-hand menu on the learner interface.
Logo Mobile: The logo that will appear in the left-hand menu of the learner interface on the mobile version of Bealink.
Favicon: Icon displayed on the left of a browser tab.
Homepage: The home page to be used for the entity.
Main color: Color of top banner and menu.
Secondary color: color of the platform's buttons.
Notification language: Language in which notifications will be sent for the entity.
Logout URL: URL for redirecting users when they log out of the platform.
Edit an entity
To edit an entity, open the administration page and click on Users in the left-hand menu.
Click on the Entities tab.
Click on the Edit button on the line of the entity to be edited.
Edit the information and click on the Save button.
Delete an entity
To delete an entity, open the administration page and click on Users from the left-hand menu.
Click on the Entities tab.
