Bealink widgets are classified into 4 categories:

People Widget
This widget displays users on a page (one card per user) with a link to the person's Bealink profile. This display can be done online or in a grid via a radio button to check. It is also possible to restrict the visibility of the widget to one or more groups.

Editorial Widget
This widget is used to display formatted text and an image. The image will be to the left or right of the text. It is possible to define the space occupied by the text in relation to the image:
Text 50% and image 50%
Text 1/3 and image 2/3
Text 2/3 and image 1/3

My registrations widget
This widget provides a consolidated view of all the user's training registrations, regardless of the source system. It displays registrations from both Bealink and other integrated systems, offering a unified overview of the user's training commitment.
Carousel widget
This widget displays one or more slides that will scroll by user click or automatically every 5 seconds. On these slides, it is possible to have:

Text (title)
Text (descriptive)
A button (which takes the secondary color of the portal) with text and a URL

Search widget
This widget displays the search bar on the page (in addition to the magnifying glass located at the top right of all pages).

Latest playlists widget
This widget displays the latest playlists created: by administrators or users (who have made the playlist public).
Playlist visibility rules apply. For example, if a playlist has visibility restricted to group A, a user in group A will see it but not a user in group B.
History widget
This widget displays the content/training consumed by the user. This widget is multi-system, so it will list the history in Bealink and in the different systems to which the user has access.
My favorites widget
This widget displays the user's favorites: the line appears only if the user has favorited at least one item.

User view: Add favorites with the small heart at the bottom of the cards (red heart = added to favorites, grayed heart not filled = add to favorites button).
List of catalog items widget
This widget allows you to highlight catalog items. Once the widget is added, the administrator has the option to include catalog items (training, playlists, content) and reorder them.
The addition of elements is done via the Search menu. Here too, the visibility rules specific to each training object apply.

Automated list of catalog items widget
This widget displays catalog items according to one or more criteria (subject, type, keywords, etc.).
It is possible to combine several criteria according to different logical rules:
This button allows you to combine 2 criteria with a computer "AND". For example here, an element must come from Edflex AND have the topic "Diversity and Inclusion".
The Add Rule button adds a new criterion that combine with others with an "OR" operator. For example, to display catalog items that have the topic "Diversity and Inclusion" OR catalog items that have the topic "Communication". The "OR" can also be translated as "AND ALSO".
Note: When sorting by date, the most recent date is considered to be the highest. A descending sort (from the highest value to the lowest) displays elements from the newest to the oldest.
Webview widget
This widget is used to overlay a web page (or a piece of a web page). Just configure the url of the web page and the maximum height in pixel:

Coaching activities widget
This widget displays to the user the list of coaching activities to which they have access. And also the list of activities they are responsible for if they have the role of trainer.
Assignments widget
This widget displays the list of assignments to be rendered to which they have access. And also the list of duties they are responsible for if they have the role of trainer.
Image widget
This widget allows you to add 1 to x images and put 1 or x hyperlinks (behind the images).
If 1 image: the image takes 100% of the width
If 2 images: the images each take 50% of the width
If 3 frames: the images are each 1/3 of the width
Etc...
NB: the widgets 1, 2 and 3 images a will disappear, the image widget allowing the same thing without maximum number of images
Playlists widget
This widget allows you to add "business" playlists displayed as a grid or online.
Enterprise playlists = playlists created by an administrator through administration (this does not include user-created playlists).
Best content/playlists of the week/month widget
This widget displays the most viewed content horizontally over a chosen period (1 week / 1 month).
Learning view
Best contributors of the week/month widget
This widget displays the team members who have contributed the most over the period:
People who created the most content (via the user interface).
People who have created the most playlists (via the user interface).

Top rated content of the week/month widget
This widget displays horizontally the best rated content of the period. The user has the possibility to rate the contents (from 1 to 5 stars):
Click on the 3 dots on the content card then click on "Give your opinion".
When the content is closed, a window appears to offer the user to give their opinion.
Recent contents widget
This widget displays the most recent content horizontally. The most recent content is the most recently created content in the platform.
Personal recommendations widget
This widget displays content with common topics horizontally with those that the connected user has already consulted.
For example: I consulted a lot of content with the subject = Communication, the platform will suggest other content with the topic Communication.
Main contents of a topic widget
This widget displays the most viewed content on a subject horizontally.
The topic in question is defined in the widget configuration.
Recommendations based on your interests widget
This widget displays content according to the interests chosen by the user (in line form).
The user has the possibility to choose their interests:
At the 1st connection, a window with the centers of interest is displayed.
Via the hamburger menu, then Profile and Topics of interest.
Note: Once the interests are checked/unchecked, it takes a few minutes to refresh the widget.
