Create a user group

  1. Open the administration page and click on Users in the left-hand menu. Once on the user administration page:

  2. Click on the Groups tab.

  1. Enter the name of the group to be created in the Name field and click on Save. The group is created.

Bulk group import

Bulk create groups by importing an Excel file based on an import template.

  1. Click on Download template. You are redirected to the template file generation page. When the generation status changes to Successful, you can download the file by clicking on the Download button.

  1. Once the file template has been completed, import it back into Bealink using the Import from Excel button. Click on this button to retrieve the Excel file located on your computer and import it.


Add users to a group

  1. To populate a group, go to the administration page and click on Users from the left-hand menu.

  2. Click on the Groups tab.

  1. Use the search bar to find the group to which you want to add one or more users.

  1. Click on the button located on the line of the group to which you wish to add users.

  2. A pop-up window appears to allow you to add users.

  1. There are 2 different ways to add users: by searching for them individually, or by adding all user e-mail addresses or usernames in bulk. For example, you can search for multiple users by entering their name, email address or username in the search bar.

  2. If you wish to add several users in bulk, select the entry type, add several users in a row, either by their email address or by their username, separating them all by a semicolon.

  1. Click on the Import button.


Edit a group

To edit a group, go to the administration page and click on Users from the left-hand menu. Once on the user administration page:

  1. Click on the Groups tab.

  1. Search for the group to be edited.

  1. Click on the Edit button.

  1. Edit the group name and click on Save.


Delete a group

To delete a group, go to the administration page and click on Users from the left-hand menu. Once on the user administration page :

  1. Click on the Groups tab.

  1. Confirm the deletion.
