The Bealink LXP has a feature that allows trainers and learners to access an event space with their registrations for face-to-face events or virtual classes, and see "public" events requiring user registration to participate. This display includes the elements declared in your various LMS or TMS (Training Management System) or directly created in Bealink to present them to learners and trainers.
This space allows users to sign in digitally during a synchronous training session, and automatically generates the attendance sheet and stores it in a third-party system (LMS, TMS, etc.).
Access to the application is via authentication based on the company directory (SSO SAML ADFS most often), which makes it possible to validate that the user signing is the right one.
Event creation and management by a trainer
On the configuration option, trainers also have a " + " button at the bottom right of the screen allowing them to create training courses in an ad-hoc way. This can be very practical for the traceability of internal meetings to increase skills between a few people in an ad-hoc way.
From this event creation or modification screen, the trainer can define the title, description, location, etc. as well as the different time slots of the training.
The configuration of dates and times using the phone's native components is easy to use. It is similar to setting an alarm clock.
Event creators can easily add participants to training sessions, either individually or in groups. The platform integrates with the organization's employee directory to streamline the process. Additionally, it allows for the inclusion of external participants, such as temporary workers or interns, who may not be listed in the HRIS but still need to be tracked.

The trainer maintains real-time visibility of participant sign-ins and can override signatures as needed. They have the flexibility to mark attendees as present, absent, or absent with reason. This information is included in the PDF sign-in sheet, which can be easily shared.
To comply with French regulations, one-day events are automatically split into morning and afternoon sessions for separate sign-in. Sign-ins are only enabled after the session starts, but remain open for a period to accommodate late sign-ins.
The platform sends timely notifications to remind users of upcoming synchronous training and encourage timely sign-in.
Web signature link generation for webinars
One of the advantages of the Bealink LXP is to manage all company training modalities in an aggregated catalogue, including synchronous training. For an event rapidly created by a trainer from a smartphone, the trainer can retrieve a URL to share in the chat at the time of the virtual class or webinar.
Slot management, partial attendance
Bealink's event feature allows a lot of granularity in terms of attendance and event management with the ability to manage partial attendance and leave comments, manage different slots for the same event but through different trainers.
Public events
Bealink LXP offers a flexible solution for spontaneous training needs. Trainers or any authorized user can quickly create sessions on their smartphones, track duration, and add participants. For public events, users can register themselves, allowing for last-minute participation. This feature is particularly useful for webinars and other public training initiatives.
To access this part, the user can choose All Events instead of the My Events button displayed by default and which contains their registrations.
