Bealink LXP provides a dedicated event space where trainers and learners can view and manage face-to-face and virtual training sessions. This centralized location displays events from various sources, including LMS, TMS, and those created directly within Bealink.
Key features of the event space include:
Digital Sign-in: Learners can easily sign in to events, automating attendance tracking and eliminating the need for manual sign-in sheets.
Secure Access: Authentication via SSO (SAML, ADFS) ensures that only authorized users can access and participate in events.
By providing a streamlined and secure event management experience, Bealink LXP empowers organizations to efficiently plan, deliver, and track training sessions.
The event administration page contains several elements :
An Event Catalog tab that groups all the events created from the admin page. This tab contains a Create to create an event catalogue.
An Events tab that contains all the events created by instructors from the learner interface and administrators from the admin page.
A search bar as well as filters that allow you to find an event catalogue or a specific event by title, training code, dates or trainer.
