In the case of a manager managing employees in their scope and not having the right to manage training sessions (national training for example), this manager will be able to enter individual costs (examples: transport, accommodation) directly from the registration form on the back office: Costs tab.

Management of additional costs from the registration form

In this way, the manager can enter additional costs on a registration of one of the employees in their scope:

  • The Session Costs block displays the costs entered on the session, broken down by individual.

  • The Additional Costs block allows you to add individual costs by clicking New cost. Entering is the same as entering a cost on a session.

These costs are automatically added to the costs of the registration session and they are also viewable on the session balance sheet page in the Additional Costs block in consultation mode only.

And it's also the same rule applied when the session is closed, cost management is read-only. It is no longer possible to enter or edit them. An explicit message is displayed to the user when accessing the costs page.
