The Adaptive Learning module

The Adaptive Learning module allows a manager to better manage the training needs of their team, to be able to use powerful tools to help better guide an employee and to simplify tasks. The engine developed by Syfadis allows a complete integration of Adaptive Learning into the solution.

This engine allows you to :

• Perform positioning and validation tests,

• Recommend training,

• Rely on an optimised algorithm to reduce the number of questions during the evaluations as much as possible,

• Adjust the number of questions or the pass threshold as needed,

• Not have to synchronise with an external engine.
